By the end of our second year of business, McRight’s had grown from a one man operation, to three men and two ladies, and several part time field men. We moved to a three vehicle fleet during the same time period. Between 1976 and 1979, we added a number of new services including cotton petiole testing, rice nitrogen monitoring, soil nitrate testing and irrigation scheduling. By 1979, with three field crews and too many trucks, we moved to our present location with a new laboratory and office facilities.

In 1986 we started a rigorous search for something to enhance yield or profit for our growers. We searched out different chemistries and started running field tests in the 1986 growing season. By 1987, we had eliminated all sorts of ‘yield enhancing products’.

Biostimulant Products: The products we developed initially were designed using a three step approach; soil, seed and plant. Today, we have products that are utilized throughout the growing season. We also participate in development of custom formulations with our Dealers. All of our formulas utilize vitamins, amino acids, enzymes and natural plant extracts and are organically complexed, which makes them more systemic in their activity. This equates to the ability to use low rates per acre while achieving better results.

Micro Nutrient Products: The key here is very low application rates, and efficient source materials. The DeltAg Micronutrient “Plus” product line takes full advantage of our proprietary complexer, “Fulvore” which, when in the presence of specific vitamins, amino acids, and extracts, enhances uptake and translocation.

Facilities: Our facilities are located in Greenville, Mississippi, where we service and supply the ArkLaMiss as well as other agricultural regions of the U.S. and Canada.

Summary: Since our beginning in 1976 and through all of the growing pains of the following years, McRight Services, LLC dba DeltAg Formulations, has come to represent a company devoted to the growth of agriculture in the South and throughout the United States and Canada.
